Memorial service for Sharla Kay Bray Deen, 50, of Kemp was held Friday, March 10, 2017 at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.
She passed away early Tuesday morning, March 7, 2017, in Seven Points, due to a car accident.
She was born Oct. 19, 1966, in Lubbock, the daughter of Jim and Pat Bray. She was raised in Richardson and graduated from Dallas Christian High School in 1985. She later attended Paris Junior College. For seven years, she was married to Kurtis Deen. She was a L.V.N. for several years and enjoyed working with children and the elderly. She was currently employed by VIVA Pediatrics in Dallas. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them especially her son, Korey. She also enjoyed word search puzzles. Prior to moving to Kemp two years ago she lived in Greenville. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Naomi Humphries, Jean Humphries and J.D. and Johnnie Bray and a cousin, Pamela Bray.
She is survived by a son, Korey Deen, of Allen; parents, Jim and Pat Bray, of Wills Point and brother, Greg Bray and wife, Aimee, of Dallas
