Services for Lily B. Becerra, 77, Canton, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 12, at St. Therese Catholic Church, Canton, with Father Selvaraj Sinnappan officiating.
Burial was in Haven of Memories Memorial Park, Canton, under direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.
Mrs. Becerra dies June 9, 2008, in Tyler.
She was born July 29, 1930 in Los Angelis, Calif., to Peter and Blanche Garcia Van Booven. She attended St. Therese Catholic Church in Canton. She grew up in Los Angeles. She married Luciano J. Becerra in 1947. She moved to Canton 12 years ago. She celebrated her 751st workout at Curves.
She was preceded in death by son, Rick Becerra; and brother, Douglas Valenti.
Survivors include her husband, Luciano J. Becerra, Canton; daughter, Cyndi Hudgins, Mesquite; sons and daughter-in-law, Larry and Bernie Becerra, Calimesa, Calif., Gary Becerra, Florida, and Luciano Becerra Jr., Beaumont, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Peter Van Booven, Sacramento, Calif., and Norman Van Booven, Grand Saline; and sister, Alice Fuentes, California.
Pallbearers included Gary Becerra, Larry Becerra, Bryan Murray and Robert Hudgins.
