A celebration of the life of Donald H. Stout, 75, Wills Point, was held at the home of daughter Susan Zarit Saturday, June 14.
Burial was in Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery under direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home, Wills Point.
Mr. Stout died June 10, 2008, at his residence.
He was born December 15, 1932 in Middletown, N.Y., to Herbert Arthur and Laura Stadel Stout. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during the Korean Conflict. He married Phyllis Jane Mensing in 1956. He was an engineer for Texas Instruments in Dallas, retiring after 25 years of service. He was a resident of Rockwall prior to moving to Wills Point 18 years ago.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 50 years, PJ Stout, in 2006; brother, Carl Stout; and granddaughter, Stephanie Nicole Frazier.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Susan Marie and Jeffrey Zarit, Murphy, and Valerie Jean and Randy Harrison, Breckenridge; brother and sister-in-law, Douglas Jan and Susan Stout, Inglis, Fla.; grandchildren, Margaret Frazier, Natalie Frazier and John Frazier; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
