Van Leslie Tucker passed away on March 12, 2024, in his home in Leonard at the age of 68. He was born on November 10, 1955, in Dallas to parents, Kenneth Tucker and Wilma Ruth (Gilmer) Tucker.

He married Denise Winter on June 5, 1981, in Greenville. Together, they had two daughters, Amy, and Amanda.

Van is survived by his loving wife, Denise Tucker of Leonard, daughter Amy Tucker and daughter Amanda Moser and her husband, Chris, grandsons, Luke, and Declan Moser. Siblings, Keith Tucker, Dennis Tucker and Paula Garrett as well as a loving host of family and friends.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Kenneth Tucker, and Wilma Ruth (Gilmer) Tucker.

A Memorial Service was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the First Baptist Church of Leonard, 100 E Thomas Street, Leonard Texas 75452.
